Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years Automotive Sales Management experience (or 3+ years of top sales performance with leadership potential)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Results-driven with high energy and motivation
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and sales processes
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)

Nice To Haves

  • Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
  • OEM certifications are a plus
  • College degree a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive results through effective sales strategies and accountability
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Oversee deal structure, paperwork, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve store goals
