About The Position

Xcite Automotive is seeking an Automotive Fleet Wash Driver for our partner dealers in Owings Mills, Maryland! Job Description: In this role, the Automotive Fleet Wash Driver supports fleet and dealership operations by safely driving vehicles and performing exterior vehicle washing with light interior cleaning as needed. This role is operationally critical and requires a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with the ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements
Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) per company policy
Ability to safely drive and maneuver fleet vehicles (cars, vans, light-duty trucks)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
Ability to perform physical, hands-on work, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to follow safety procedures, wash processes, and chemical handling guidelines
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

Experience in fleet driving, automotive detailing, car wash, porter, or lot attendant roles
Familiarity with pressure washers or mobile wash operations
Prior dealership or fleet environment experience

Responsibilities

Safely drive and maneuver fleet vehicles to designated wash or staging areas
Perform exterior vehicle washing in accordance with company quality standards
Complete light interior cleaning when required (vacuum, wipe-down, trash removal)
Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report damage or concerns immediately
Follow all safety, chemical handling, and operational procedures
Meet daily productivity expectations while maintaining quality
