Requirements

• Preferably 2 years of automotive F&I experience
• Proven ability to meet financial service goals and objectives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing the highest level of service

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the automotive finance and insurance (F&I) department to meet financial service goals and objectives
• Provide exceptional customer service when dealing with clients
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to facilitate smooth and efficient financing processes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
