Requirements

Automotive finance or sales experience preferred
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent customer relations skills
Ability to Achieve Sales Goals And Customer Satisfaction Standards
Time management skills or sales experience preferred
Clean driving record

Responsibilities

Understand the financial needs of the customer
Assists sales team with processing or completing sales.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction levels above manufacture standards
Achieve all monthly forecasts
Attend & participate in weekly & monthly training
Complete all state and financial documents
Present customers with products & services that enhances their purchase
Accuracy on desking deals, submitting deals to lenders for approval, making credit decisions
Ensure and manage proper follow-up and communication with existing and prospective clients through telephone, mailings, and electronic media before purchase and service.
