Requirements

• Minimum 2 years dealership F&I Manager experience
• Proven, verifiable track record of high performance and success
• Goal-oriented, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
• Outstanding communication skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction
• Established relationships with banks and finance institutions
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Digitally-savvy and comfortable with technology
• Team player with a polished and professional demeanor
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
