Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager required
  • Proven ability to complete all retail deliveries and required documentation
  • Ability to lead and influence sales teams to improve profitability and exceed performance goals
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, internet proficiency, and basic math skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (ERA), ADP, RouteOne, and eLeads preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Utilize and support the dealership F&I selling process, ensuring full compliance and disclosure on all vehicle deliveries
  • Generate additional income through the sale of insurance products, service contracts, maintenance plans, and vehicle protection products
  • Partner with the General Manager to benchmark and achieve dealership F&I performance goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders, manufacturers, and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
