About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive financing and insurance, as well as exceptional customer service skills. The F&I Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the financing and insurance process for our customers, including securing financing, selling aftermarket products, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of automotive financing and insurance processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases
- Sell aftermarket products such as extended warranties and gap insurance
- Ensure all financing and insurance paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the financing process
- Stay up-to-date on all legal requirements related to automotive financing and insurance
