Toyota of Bloomington is currently seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our high-performing team. What We Offer $100,000 – $150,000+ first-year earning potential Five-day work week Bonus and incentive programs Employee vehicle purchase and lease programs Access to inventory across 13+ dealerships with 1,000+ pre-owned vehicles Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability Free life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Employee and community discounts Long-term career growth opportunities within the Sam Leman Automotive Group Key Responsibilities Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused finance experience Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate, compliant deal structures Secure competitive financing and protection options through approved lenders Present and explain finance products, warranties, and service contracts clearly and ethically Structure deals to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction Submit, track, and finalize deals through lender approval systems Maintain deal receivables and ensure timely funding Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and leadership at all times Qualifications 2+ years of automotive dealership F&I experience preferred Prior automotive sales or management experience strongly preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or GED required (college education a plus) Why Toyota of Bloomington? Requirements

  • 2+ years of automotive dealership F&I experience preferred
  • Prior automotive sales or management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED required (college education a plus)
