Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive finance and insurance management required
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive finance products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial documents and credit information effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with F+I software systems.
- Valid driver’s license and a professional appearance and demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Manage the financing and insurance processes for automotive sales transactions.
- Develop strong relationships with lenders to secure optimal products and terms.
- Review credit applications
- Present and explain finance and insurance products to customers clearly and professionally.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and complies with company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize business opportunities and achieve departmental goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance and insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
