Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive service or express maintenance preferred
• Strong foundation in basic vehicle maintenance (oil, tires, inspections)
• ASE certifications are a plus—but not required
• A team-first mindset with solid communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Complete multi-point inspections and identify potential vehicle concerns
• Mount, balance, and rotate tires with precision
• Check tire tread depth and make recommendations for replacement
• Replace air, cabin, and fuel filters per manufacturer guidelines
• Test and replace batteries as needed
• Inspect brake systems and communicate wear or service needs
• Accurately document all services performed
• Follow safety protocols and properly use PPE
• Support the team with additional duties as needed
