Requirements

• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• At least 1 year of lube/tech experience strongly preferred (but we will train motivated candidates)
• A desire to learn and grow
• General mechanical knowledge
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Ability to hustle while still paying attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Subaru experience is a bonus but NOT required

Responsibilities

• Oil changes & filter services
• Tire rotations, repairs, and TPM relearns
• Battery testing & replacement
• Wiper blades, bulbs, air/cabin filters
• Fluid top-offs and multi-point courtesy inspections
• Subaru-specific services (AWD fluid exchanges, etc.)
• Light diagnostics using Subaru Select Monitor when needed
