About The Position

Homer Skelton Hyundai is looking for a friendly, dependable PM Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership during evening hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a team that values customer service and community. Schedule: Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (required)

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly personality with a professional appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Basic computer and phone system skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
• Must have a clean driving record
• Background and drug screening will be required

Nice To Haves

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and ensure they feel welcomed at Homer Skelton Hyundai
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate department
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Provide light administrative support to sales and service teams as needed
• Represent the Homer Skelton Hyundai brand with professionalism, and positive attitude.
