Job Summary Provide technical support and training for technicians. Evaluate skill set of technicians and identify training opportunities and requirements, perform quality audits, perform or assist with automotive computer reprogramming. Evaluate new tools, equipment and procedures. Responsible for the diagnostic equipment that is used in multiple locations. We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $84,630 - Mid: $105,787- Max: $126,944 Plus Annual Bonus based on performance
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Technical training
- 5-10 years’ experience
- ASE Master + L1 Certifications required
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and training for technicians
- Perform complex vehicle diagnostics and repair as needed
- Responsible for the technical evaluation of existing and future employees
- Responsible to manage tools and equipment
- Required to perform vehicle quality audits, Report findings to management
- Multi shop coverage with a company vehicle during work hours
