About The Position
CAPITAL of Lexington is seeking an experienced Automotive Detailer to join our team. This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of consistent, high-quality vehicle presentation in a dealership setting. The Automotive Detailer will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining both the interior and exterior of vehicles, ensuring they are ready for the lot or showroom. The ideal candidate has prior detailing experience, a strong eye for detail, and a dependable work ethic. We’re looking for someone who can work efficiently, stay organized, and take ownership of their work while contributing to a team-focused environment. Automotive Detailer Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Pay Health Insurance PTO 401(K) Automotive Detailer Responsibilities: Clean and treat various surfaces, including leather, chrome, and glass Utilize appropriate cleaning products and techniques to achieve desired results Perform detailing services such as buffing, polishing, and applying protective coatings to maintain the vehicle's finish Ensure vehicles are presented in a showroom-ready condition for display and customer delivery Maintain and clean detailing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and longevity Interact professionally with customers and address any specific detailing requests or concerns. Other duties assigned Automotive Detailer Requirements: Proven experience as an Automotive Detailer or in a similar role Knowledge of various cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in automotive detailing Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must pass pre-employment background screenings Valid driver's license WE ARE CAPITAL!
