About The Position

Flow Kia of Charlottesville is seeking an Automotive Detail Technician. This role is for individuals passionate about cars with a keen eye for detail. Detail Technicians at Flow Kia have average earnings over $40k annually, with opportunities to earn more. The position involves thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to meet high client standards, including washing, waxing, and buffing the exterior, as well as cleaning and conditioning the interior. Responsibilities also include identifying and addressing any scratches, dents, or other imperfections. The ideal candidate will work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision, possess strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The work schedule is a 5-day week with rotating Saturdays. Responsibilities

Thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to meet the high standards of clients
