About The Position

We take pride in the appearance of our inventory and customer vehicles, and we’re looking for a dependable Detail Technician to join our team. The Automotive Detail Technician is responsible for cleaning, reconditioning, and preparing vehicles for display, delivery, and service customers. This role plays a key part in maintaining the dealership’s professional image and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles
• Ability to stand, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Wash, wax, buff, and polish vehicles using appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
• Vacuum and shampoo interior carpets, seats, and upholstery
• Clean and condition leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces
• Clean windows, mirrors, and trim to a streak-free finish
• Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of the detail bay and equipment
• Move vehicles safely around the lot and service areas
• Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures
