About The Position

Lead the shop in providing an amazing guest experience. Be the hospitality expert! In every interaction with our guests create an atmosphere of welcome, trust, joy and foster a spirit of cooperation between staff and guests. Be the face of our company by exemplifying our core values of being neighborly, transparent, excellent, and joyful. Create moments for our guests where they are blown away by our hospitality. We want you to earn guest feedback like "I have never been so well cared for by any business" or "Christian Brothers Automotive made my car repair experience amazing". We want a teammate in this position who doesn't wait to be told what to do, but uses their skill to create an over the top experience for our guests. We are looking for a teammate that enjoys working with people to make their day better. We are looking for a teammate that is great in personal conversations. A person who is honest and sincere. We want more than a receptionist or phone answerer. We seek a person who cares and creates value for our guests. You will do things like this: Smile and welcome each person who walks into the store Create meaningful conversations with our guests making them feel very important. Use amazing skills on the phone that make people want to come in to meet you Create joy for our guests and the teammates in the shop. Capture the amazing things the shop does for our guests and report those to leadership Organize the shop's response and implementation of the Joy Box program. Provide a safe and enjoyable shuttle car experience for our guests. Write thank you cards to our guests. Keep the waiting area clean, comfortable and inviting. Serve our guests coffee and snacks on a tray Be the expert on setting guest appointments in our system Be the teammate who creates fun joy for the rest of the team. Provide a safe, nice difference® service for our valued guests in our branded company shuttle vehicle Keep a timely shuttle route Assist passengers in getting in and out of vehicles Assist the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed Notify the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance Keep the shuttle tidy and organized

Requirements

  • Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Meet required insurance driving record parameters
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a Team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!
  • Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
