Location: Tustin, CA Patterson Autos Group is looking for a highly organized and experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to join our accounting team! If you have EXTENSIVE automotive contract clerk accounting experience and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we’d love to meet you. The Experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $25 and $36.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
Requirements
- Automotive contract billing experience required
- Strong understanding of auto dealership accounting procedures
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in dealership management systems and basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and review automotive sales contracts
- Ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements
- Communicate with sales, finance, and lenders to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized deal jackets and accounting records
- Process daily parts & service deposits, bank reconciliations, flooring payments
- Assist in various accounting office tasks as directed by department manager
