About The Position
Budget is recruiting a battle-tested Automotive Claims Manager—think Shop Manager meets Fleet Commander—to run fleet maintenance, body damage claims, and vendor networks like a high-performance service department. If you’ve profitably managed bays, negotiated with body shops, and kept downtime in the red zone, this is your lane. Requirements
- Proven fleet or shop management experience – you’ve run fixed ops or fleet maintenance
- Deep knowledge of vehicle systems, PM schedules, and repair workflows
- Estimating expertise – body damage, supplements, and insurance claims
- Vendor negotiation swagger – you get the best rates and fastest turns
- Organizational firepower – juggle schedules, parts, and claims without dropping a wrench
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
- Clean driving record + valid license
