About The Position

RK Vineland Chevrolet Kia Subaru is expanding its Internet Sales Department and is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our fast-paced, high-volume Business Development Center (BDC). Our team is committed to outstanding customer service and offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, email, smartphones, and web-based applications.
Ability to use Google Docs, Excel, and spreadsheets for performance tracking.
Excellent customer service skills with effective multitasking ability.
Willingness to fully participate in training and follow BDC scripts and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond promptly to inquiries.
Previous sales, automotive, or customer service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Contact new and existing customers to discuss requests, promotions, and build lasting relationships.
Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to generate dealership visits.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to accurately document communications and maintain records.
Maintain consistent communication between customers and dealership departments to ensure smooth processes.
Participate actively in all required training programs and adhere to BDC scripts and guidelines.
Meet and exceed individual goals for appointments set, confirmations, and outbound calls.
