Autos of Chicago-Arlington Heights is looking for a Body Shop Supervisor / Manager to take charge of our growing in-house body shop operation. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to step into a fresh, developing body shop with strong internal workflow and the ability to build additional business. Requirements
- Body shop experience required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- Oversee all body shop operations and workflow
- Manage repairs for dealership inventory and customer vehicles
- Ensure quality control and timely completion of all jobs
- Work closely with service and sales departments
- Order parts and manage vendor relationships
- Track labor, materials, and job profitability
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and professional shop environment
