To ensure adequate sales volume, the manager develops business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other referral sources. Candidates with strong estimating experience who demonstrate leadership ability and a desire to advance into a Body Shop Manager role will also be considered. Training and development support will be provided to ensure success in the role.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in collision repair; experience in estimating and managing people and processes preferred
  • ASE Master Technician Certification in Collision Repair and Refinishing preferred
  • Maintain I-CAR Gold Certification
  • Ability to work in a team environment with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with DRPs
