Your Purpose as a Billing Clerk: Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all deal-related paperwork and contracts. Verify documents for signatures, completeness, and adherence to guidelines. Post new and used deals, including wholesales, purchases, and trades, to the general ledger. Reconcile accounting schedules and resolve discrepancies with store-level teams and leadership. Prepare trade-in loan payoffs, file finalized deals, and track outstanding deals weekly. Obtain and submit required government forms and maintain organized records. Collaborate with the team to resolve issues, maintain accuracy, and uphold company policies. Perform other tasks as assigned while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
