About The Position

The Sell My Car BDC Associate – Campaigns is responsible for managing all Sell My Car campaign leads for assigned dealerships. This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling, texting, and emailing customers to convert campaign opportunities into confirmed vehicle appraisal appointments. Requirements

  • Confident phone presence and clear communication
  • Comfortable with high call volume and repetitive execution
  • Organized, disciplined, and coachable
  • Competitive and results-driven
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Manage 100% of Sell My Car campaign leads for assigned stores
  • Execute outbound calls, texts, and emails to campaign customers
  • Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
  • Set and confirm in-store appraisal appointments
  • Explain the Sell My Car process clearly and professionally
  • Overcome basic objections and maintain urgency
  • Coordinate appointments with store teams
  • Accurately log all activity and outcomes in the CRM
