As an Assistant Service Manager with Christian Brothers Automotive , you are a trusted leader within the shop and a key partner to the Service Manager and Owner. You continue to serve our guests with the same care, integrity, and professionalism expected of a Service Advisor, while also providing day-to-day leadership that supports shop operations, workflow efficiency, and team success. In this role, you help guide both guests and the internal team through the repair process, from vehicle intake to completion, ensuring clear communication, ethical recommendations, and a consistently high standard of service. You play an active role in keeping the shop running smoothly by supporting dispatch, inventory, and parts management, warranty processes, and operational performance, while setting the tone for accountability and teamwork. The Assistant Service Manager serves as a bridge between the front counter and the shop floor, bringing organization, leadership presence, and problem-solving to daily operations while contributing to an exceptional experience for both our guests and our team members, consistent with the Christian Brothers Automotive mission and values.
