We’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Automotive Assistant Sales Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a seasoned automotive professional who understands the business, enjoys developing people, and wants to be part of a positive, high-performance culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive sales experience
• Strong understanding of the internet sales and CRM process
• Proven performance results in an automotive setting
• Positive leadership style with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Automotive industry experience required. This is not an entry-level position.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager with daily sales operations
• Coach, train, and develop sales consultants
• Help lead and motivate the sales team to consistently perform at a high level
• Ensure the internet and showroom sales processes are followed
• Monitor performance metrics and assist with ongoing improvement
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused environment
