This position is accountable for the total P&L responsibility of multiple sales territories, and provides leadership, direction and development of all outside sales within the Area markets through the Company’s direct and distribution model. The major overall responsibility is to maximize sales and profits within the Area, while managing the human resources to ensure adequate supply of competent personnel to fill all current and anticipated needs. This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards] based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans This position is eligible for health benefits, such as medical, dental and vision coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), disability coverage, security, retirement and saving benefits.
