About The Position

Hall Toyota in Elizabeth City has an administrative opening on their busy support team. They are looking for a Dealer Administrator Assistant to provide support for both their Sales and Service teams. This is a Monday through Friday position, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a pay rate of $15/hour. The role involves providing administrative support to the assigned management department, compiling and maintaining records of business transactions and office activities of the dealership. MileOne Autogroup, the parent company, represents 73 franchises with 25 automotive brands and operates 56 service centers across Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Delaware, and Missouri. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of automotive titling experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable with learning new technology
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

  • Process North Carolina (NC) and Virginia (VA) DMV transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, integrity, and composure; refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution
  • Maintain and scan repair orders and parts invoices
  • Organize and manage filing systems
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Compose and prepare routine correspondence
  • Assist with additional office duties as needed
