About The Position
Beck Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Accounting Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with prior automotive dealership accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with accuracy-driven financial processes. The Automotive Accounting Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of dealership operations. This role will support daily accounting functions with a focus on payables, billing, and/or inventory processes.
Requirements
- Prior automotive dealership accounting experience required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable working with accounting systems and spreadsheets
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Bill out deals and ensure proper posting to accounting system
- Review and post dealership transactions
- Support billing and deal funding processes
- Assist with inventory and schedule reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Work collaboratively with accounting office and dealership staff
- Assist with month-end closing tasks
