Should Possess Effective verbal,written communications as well as strong organizational skills Must be capable of working well independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills Test automation assessment & automation solution , creation and Consulting Building Test automation Strategy and roadmap. Building test automation frameworks and reus<wbr></wbr>able components. Create automation tools using Cucumber for testing Ruby, Experience with VB scripting. Experience in Test Management tools. Should provide technical guidance to the team. Willing to work as an individual contributor. Good communication skills , good client interfacing skills. Automated Testing using JUnit or similar Desired Skills Responsible for actively engaging in sprint planning meetings to truly understand the end-user process and needs. You will become a mentor to other developers to best practices and recommendations are followed. Provides a team structure conducive to high performance, and manages the team Experience in taking the projects from the requirements phase to the delivery phase.
