About The Position

We are seeking an Automation Test Lead with strong project/test management capability and deep experience in QSR testing and the Retail/Digital domain. This role will lead quality delivery across multiple initiatives, drive test strategy and execution in Agile/Scrum teams, and accelerate outcomes through automation and continuous optimization. The ideal candidate combines hands-on automation knowledge with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to rapidly learn customer technology landscapes, integrations, and business processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in test leadership / test management, including planning, execution oversight, and delivery governance in complex programs.
  • Strong domain experience in QSR testing and Retail/Digital ecosystems, including customer-facing journeys and supporting platforms.
  • Extensive experience in Agile/Scrum delivery, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across sprint and release cycles.
  • Hands-on knowledge of test automation approaches and frameworks, with the ability to guide automation strategy beyond record/playback and drive maintainable, reusable suites.
  • Strong working knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), with disciplined reporting and documentation practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills—urgency, structured problem solving, planning, and ability to manage teams across multiple initiatives with changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to align stakeholders and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead test delivery across concurrent initiatives, ensuring high-quality outcomes while managing scope, schedule, risks, and competing priorities.
  • Build and execute the overall test strategy (approach, coverage, environments, data, entry/exit criteria) aligned to Agile/Scrum delivery.
  • Drive automation adoption and optimization, improving coverage and efficiency through increased automation penetration and productivity improvements.
  • Establish strong understanding of the customer’s technology landscape, including end-to-end flows, system integrations, and business processes to target quality risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with COEs, Product Owners, and test owners across streams to align quality goals, clarify outcomes, and ensure consistent execution standards.
  • Implement and mature best practices in defect management, triage, reporting, and release readiness, using clear quality metrics and actionable insights.
  • Maintain strong delivery governance and documentation, leveraging tools such as JIRA for planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication.
