As an Automation Solutions Analyst 3, you’ll design, develop, and implement advanced automation tools, including chatbots, voicebots, and GenAI-driven solutions, that elevate customer experiences and optimize business operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life, delivering measurable impact across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who blends strong technical expertise with a passion for creating smarter, more connected ways for people and technology to work together in a dynamic, future-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or customer experience analytics, preferably within a large enterprise or technology-driven organization.
  • Hands-on experience with chatbot/voicebot platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Amazon Lex).
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Studio, Anthropic or similar).
  • Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual skills (Korean) are an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Automation Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define solution requirements, and deliver scalable automation initiatives using chatbot, voicebot, and GenAI platforms.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend automation-driven improvements that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Solution Design & Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to design, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with LG’s business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure automation performance, adoption, and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure automation solutions are integrated seamlessly into business processes.
  • Innovation & Research: Stay current with emerging automation and AI technologies, evaluating their potential to enhance LG’s customer experience and operational capabilities.
  • Other duties as assigned
