What You’ll Do Operate Omnicell automation systems at customer sites following SOPs and best practices. Manage medication inventory levels and perform restocking duties. Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of XR2 equipment. Communicate effectively with pharmacy teams to ensure smooth operations. Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a liaison between Omnicell and the customer. What We’re Looking For Required Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Active Ohio State Board of Pharmacy Technician License/Registration. Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA CPhT / ExCPT). Working knowledge of pharmacy automation. Preferred Qualifications: Accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program completion. 2+ years of hospital pharmacy automation experience. Basic troubleshooting skills with automation devices. Work Conditions The PRN is an On Call position to locally support / serve as back up for Call Ins/Sick Calls, Vacations, LOAs, etc. Must be able to commute to this site: 2500 Metrohealth Dr, Cleveland, OH 44109 Shift: M-F 7 to 3:30 pm Possess flexible availabilities (i.e., PRN match well if you are currently working 7 on 7 off, PRN, Part-Timer, etc.) Hospital Pharmacy Environment Ability to travel for training. Pharmacy environment; 8–10-hour shifts. Flexible hours based on business needs. Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 35 lbs. Potential exposure to hazardous drugs. Ready to Join Us?
