We are currently searching for a Job Position : Responsibilities Lead end-to-end testing activities for complex products and services, ensuring overall product quality. Define testing strategies, plans, scope, and processes , including functional and non-functional testing. Design, develop, and maintain test cases across UI, API, backend, and end-to-end integrations. Build and scale large automation frameworks , ensuring balanced coverage across multiple test layers. Lead test environment setup and effort estimation for large initiatives. Track testing metrics and KPIs , generating and reviewing test reports and driving improvements. Identify product quality risks based on solution architecture and testing outcomes. Drive continuous improvement of testing standards, tools, and methodologies . Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to recommend and implement quality solutions. Lead and mentor multiple testing teams , ensuring adherence to testing standards and delivery quality. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field , with 9+ years of relevant experience . Strong expertise in test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java or Python . Hands-on experience in functional, automation, and performance testing . Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and full testing lifecycle . Experience defining and implementing automation strategies at scale. Proven experience leading testing teams in global, distributed environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with a strategic mindset. Experience working with cloud infrastructure and database concepts . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Experience managing KPIs, metrics, and quality reporting . Ability to work effectively across cultures and virtual teams . Desired Project management experience within engineering or testing environments. Experience with data testing management . Version control management proficiency . Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification (preferred). Languages Advanced Oral English. Native Spanish. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field , with 9+ years of relevant experience .
Strong expertise in test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java or Python .
Hands-on experience in functional, automation, and performance testing .
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and full testing lifecycle .
Experience defining and implementing automation strategies at scale.
Proven experience leading testing teams in global, distributed environments.
