We are currently looking for an Automation Intern at our Princeton, NJ office. The 2026 dsm-firmenich Summer Internship Program will run from June 1, 2026 to August 14, 2026. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Join our Compound Management team within Analytical Sciences as an intern and gain invaluable professional experience. Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or other science field.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Live in or around the Princeton area OR have reliable transportation to the office
Nice To Haves
- Experience in working in a research lab preferred
- Skills in using MS excel a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform basic wet chemistry procedures under the guidance of a senior chemist
- Perform dilutions and liquid transfers of a high throughput automated robotic system.
- Perform data analysis using specialized software and MS excel
- Write laboratory notes
- Communicate with global collaborators.
- Participate in a few on-going research projects related to analytical chemistry and Compound Management.
- Present the work to group meeting at the end of internship
