About The Position

Oversees the automation of all production equipment.

Requirements

• Four year Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Institute and manage a PM plan that will decrease the incidence of fixture break down.
• Schedule weekly, monthly, six monthly PM for the fixture/production equipment to keep them in running condition.
• Obtain the required materials and equipment that will be required for regular and preventative maintenance of the fixture equipment.
• Oversee, direct and assist Automation Technician in completing regular and PM of equipment.
• Institute a PM program for the maintaining and upkeep of the fixtures.
• Launch support, fixture run-offs.
• Must have basic knowledge of TS16949 and know the Quality Policy.
• Follow the safety rules, report safety problems and all injuries, regardless of severity.
• Ensure plant safety and 5S housekeeping standards are maintained.
