About The Position

Automation Controller - The Innovation Automation Controller designs the infrastructure and governance while managing the risk and control framework for the automation technology solutions offered within the CAO organization.

Requirements

• Experience with a wide variety of intelligent automation platforms (GenAI, AI/ML, Analytics, Python, RPA, and IA), with deep expertise in one or two (strategy, deployment, and maintenance)
• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture principles and methodologies covering Application, Data, Security and Cloud Infrastructure
• Expertise designing or supporting compliance and risk solutions -Expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) within the context of automation technologies
• Demonstrable technology leadership experience and a passion for Innovation excellence.
• Technology Oversight, AI exposure, Stakeholder Communication

Responsibilities

• Architect infrastructure and create standards, policies, and procedures to ensure scale and reliability of intelligent automation platforms
• Develop and implement risk and control governance programs across the development life cycle and ensure standards are defined in alignment with regulatory and internal operational risk requirements
• Grow strong leadership and cross-functional relationships with Finance, Engineering, Internal Audit, SOX, and other partners critical to the successes of Finance Innovation Solutions
• Drive continuous improvement of Finance Innovation services through the enhancement of processes, tools, methodologies, and governance.
