Job Description A Construction Automation Programing Specialist will plan and perform work requiring sound engineering judgment in the evaluation, organization, and execution of assignments. This role will provide construction automation support and technical advice for the projects virtual and visualization construction. This position may act as a project construction automation lead for construction, responsible for managing the project implementation and coordination of construction automation systems. This is a project based assignment based in Indiana working on a pharmaceutical/heavy industrial project.

Requirements

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and seven (7) years of work-related experience or a or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eleven (11) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Responsibilities

• Provide technical configuration and coordination of the support for construction systems
• Assist with the communication of data integration requirements between construction systems
• Stay current on research dealing with construction automation technologies and supported construction work practices with the ability to apply knowledge gained
• Perform construction related automation duties, and ensuring the uniformity of automation execution within Fluor's Operating System Requirements (OSR)
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines
• Designed and developed interactive Power BI dashboards for real-time business insights.
• Built optimized data models and implemented DAX measures for advanced analytics.
• Automated data extraction and transformation using Python scripts and Power Query.
• Collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Integrated APIs and developed backend logic to support BI reporting.
• Other duties as assigned
