What You Will Be Doing Join our team as an Automation & Controls Technician and play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient operation of advanced packaging and palletizing systems in a high-volume, multi-shift environment. You’ll troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servos, and sensors, perform preventive maintenance, and support equipment upgrades to keep production lines running smoothly. This role partners closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement, assist with installations, and maintain accurate automation documentation. Requirements

Associate’s degree in electrical engineering required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting complex automated equipment or systems in a manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial sensors
