Here in our manufacturing facility in San Antonio, TX, you’ll be at the heart of our innovation, designing sophisticated electrical control systems from the ground up. This isn't just maintenance—it's creation . Design and program PLC/HMI systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) for high-performance food manufacturing equipment. Collaborate with mechanical geniuses to merge hardware and software into seamless, high-speed solutions. Own the process from initial panel layout and schematics to on-site commissioning at world-class facilities. Stay ahead of the curve by implementing the latest in VFDs, motion control, and industrial networking.

Requirements

• A BS in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of "boots-on-the-ground" automation experience.
• Proficiency in PLC/HMI programming and a mastery of industrial protocols like EtherNet/IP and Profinet.
• Expert-level skills in AutoCAD Electrical and a deep understanding of sanitary design (3-A, USDA).
• Experience with SCADA, robotics, or vision systems and a knack for UL508A panel design.
