At Kirby Risk, our Automation Administrator’s provide sales support for Automation Services, while maintaining a positive atmosphere to further the goals of Kirby Risk Electrical Supply. What You’ll Do as an Automation Administrator – Customer Success In this role, you’ll help customers in understanding and maximizing the value of their service contracts with Kirby Risk and Rockwell Automation. Fosters strong customer relationships, drives service adoption, and supports long-term contract growth and retention. You’ll: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with customers to support long-term engagement and satisfaction Provide education, resources, and insights that enhance customers’ understanding of available services and solutions Conduct regular business reviews to ensure service value is realized and customer goals are met Manage and support customer contracts using LAER (Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew) to drive service utilization and contract renewals Analyze customer data to identify opportunities that align with business goals and recommend solutions that improve performance and efficiency Support efforts to increase year-over-year revenue growth through strategic contract management Partner with inside and outside sales teams to support service-related opportunities

Requirements

  • College level coursework or 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong communication, relationship building skills, and organizational proficiency
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once
  • Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred
  • Continuous learner with experience in customer success, account support, technical support, continuous learner
  • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products, services, or industrial automation environments
  • Ability to push, pull, carry, lift up to 50lbs
  • Sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
  • Talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
  • Use hands repetitively to operate, finger, handle or feel standard office equipment while working in an office environment, reaching with hands and arms
