About The Position

This position is responsible for the efficient set-up and operations of Hydromat Rotary Transfer machines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent in experience, (trade school certificate a plus).
• Experience operating or setting up automatic screw machines or Hydromat rotary transfer machines preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude with commitment to safety and quality
• Willingness to learn and adapt to advanced manufacturing equipment

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic screw machinery — specifically Hydromat rotary transfer machines
• Monitor equipment and make necessary adjustments to maintain part quality and productivity
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic troubleshooting
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify conformance to specifications
• Maintain accurate production documentation and a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with maintenance, quality, and engineering teams

• Be responsive and demonstrate efficiency.
• Effectively communicates with Supervisor.
• Effectively communicates with Tool Room to obtain support as needed.
• Attends meetings and training as required.
