About The Position

Are you ready to shape the future of fast fulfillment? We're looking for a talented CAD Designer to bring innovative delivery station concepts to life. This role is all about creating efficient, high-quality designs that power grocery and quick-item delivery in rural areas.

Requirements

3+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience (2018 or later), preferably in Architecture, Design, Civil, or Construction.
Strong background in facility layout, manufacturing, commercial, industrial, or structural design.
3+ years of experience managing projects and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Bluebeam.
Associate's Degree required.
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize workloads, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design with impact: Develop detailed module drawings for compact delivery stations (5,000-10,000 sq. ft.) and support future initiatives that redefine convenience.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Design Engineers, CAD drafters, World Wide Engineering, Pre-Construction, Construction, architects, MHE vendors, and Launch Execution teams to deliver complete, approved design sets.
Own the details: Translate requirements into precise interior CAD layouts, review structural drawings, elevations, and floorplans, and engage stakeholders to resolve design questions.
Drive quality: Support zero-defect design standards through peer reviews, checklists, and continuous feedback.
Innovate and improve: Implement new templates, process improvements, and safety measures into standard designs.
Deliver results: Manage new designs, post-permit updates, expansions, and retrofits to enhance safety, productivity, and capacity.
