About The Position

We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! Candidates will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up with the best paid training program in the business. The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs. Annual Pay starting at: $50,000+ / with potential for 6 figures

Responsibilities

Nurture enriching relationships to build a clientele for life
Exhibit consultative selling skills.
Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
