About The Position

Key tasks include loading, positioning, and adjusting unprinted materials on holding fixtures or in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms. The operator will control the automated printing machine by pushing buttons, turning handles, or moving controls and levers. A critical part of the job is inspecting and examining printed products for clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects. The operator must also monitor the feeding, printing, and racking processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and detect malfunctions, making necessary adjustments. Finally, the role requires placing printed items in ovens to dry or set the inks. Reliable, regular attendance is essential, and the operator is expected to support teamwork and perform duties safely in accordance with Company safety policies.
