You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

Auto parts counterperson or retail experience preferred
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems required
Excellent communication
Strong customer service orientation
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Maintain accuracy in fast-paced environment
Work effectively in a team-oriented setting
Familiar with computer systems and POS software
CRM experience required

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service to retail customers and technicians
Answer inquiries
Offer advice
Ensure customer satisfaction
Accurately identify and locate parts for vehicles and equipment
Offer solutions based on customer needs
Process orders efficiently
Ensure timely and accurate delivery or pick-up of parts
Maintain inventory levels
Assist with restocking
Perform regular checks to ensure part availability
Work closely with service department, sales team, and vendors
Ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
