Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Auto Parts Advisor / Parts Counter Person to join our team and play a key role in supporting our growing service department and retail parts business. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in automotive parts (dealership or retail parts outlet preferred)
  • A strong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team
  • Comfortable with computer systems and technology
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Order, receive, and bill parts accurately
  • Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory
  • Stock shelves and ensure the parts area is neat and clean
  • Assist customers (retail and technicians) with parts inquiries and orders
  • Help manage parts inventory with bin counts and record keeping
  • Handle the pick-up and delivery of parts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Perform other duties as needed by management
