Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in auto glass repair or related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Physical requirements: lifting and carrying up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess auto glass damage
• Recommend and perform proper repairs or replacements
• Deliver high-quality work on time and with attention to detail
• Ensure repaired or replaced glass meets safety standards and regulations
• Communicate with customers regarding repair or replacement options and costs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
