Auto Repair Certified Technician
About The Position
Auto Repair Technicians at Revology Cars work in the Final Assembly department and perform a variety of tasks . Assignments may include some or all of the following : Adjusting windows and doors to meet gap specs, eliminate wind noise and be watertight Install ation and/or assembl y of powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, driveshafts, rear axle assemblies , fuel systems, and exhaust systems Install ation of powertrain electronics, control modules, and harnesses Install and assembly of chassis components including suspension, steering, and brakes Install ation of automotive interiors Install ation and align ment of doors, fenders, hoods, fascias , bumpers, windows, exterior and interior trim, moldings, and other components , adhering to a tolerance of +/- 0.5mm
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional experience in heavy collision, custom car builds and/or restoration
- Must have successfully completed a technical program in auto repair or have equivalent experience in automotive mechanical and/or electrical work
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to use, or willingness to learn to use, an iPad
- A paid work test will be to demonstrate your skillset and allow our team to evaluate your skills, techniques, and abilities
Responsibilities

- Installation of powertrain electronics, control modules, and harnesses
- Install and assembly of chassis components including suspension, steering, and brakes
- Installation of automotive interiors
- Installation and alignment of doors, fenders, hoods, fascias, bumpers, windows, exterior and interior trim, moldings, and other components, adhering to a tolerance of +/- 0.5mm
