Requirements

• 2+ years of paint preparation experience in the auto body industry
• Must have the ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Having 5+ years of painting experience in an auto body shop or collision repair center would be a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist painters in preparing vehicles for refinishing
• Clean vehicle surfaces thoroughly to remove dirt, grease, and debris
• Sand panels to ensure smooth, even surfaces for paint application
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support the team in achieving high-quality finishes on every vehicle
• Follow safety protocols and company standards during all prep work
